Broomstick bonnet

Materials :

Worsted weight yarn,
3.5 mm crochet hook,
Scissor,
Broomstick or ruler.

Abbreviations :

Ch _ chain

Sc _ single crochet

Sl st _ slip stitch

Size:

This fits child and teen but for adult can repeat round 11, 12 one or two times till reaching the desirable size.

Pattern :

Round 1:Magic ring, 16 sc, join with sl st.

Round 2 :Pull up 16 loops, pick 4 loops & make 4 sc through them, join with sl st.(16 sc)

Round 3 :ch1, 2 sc in each sc, join with sl st. (32 sc)

Round 4 : pull up 32 loops, pick 4 loops & make 4 sc through them, join with sl st. ( 32 sc)

Round 5 :ch1,  sc in the 1st st,  2sc in the next stitch, repeat till the end, join with sl st. (48 sc)

Round 6 : pull up 48 loops,  pick 4 loops & make 4 sc through them, join with sl st. ( 48 sc )

Round 7 : ch1, sc in the 1st st, sc in the next stitch, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat till the end, join with sl st. (64 sc)

Round 8: pull up 64 loops, pick 4 loops & make 4 sc through them, join with sl st. ( 64)

Round 9:ch1, sc in the 1st st, sc in each of the next 2 sts, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat till the end, join with sl st. (80)

Round 10 : pull up 80 loops, pick 4 loops & make 4 sc through them, join with sl st.( 80)

Round 11: ch1, sc in each st around, join with sl st.(80)

Round 12: pull up 80 loops, pick 4 loops & make 4 sc through them, join with sl st. ( 80)

Round 13: as round 11.

Round 14: as round 12 , fast off, weave in ends.
