Baby boy sandals

This pattern fits 3- 6 months baby (10.5 cm)

Materials:

Black and brown Cotton yarn

3.5 mm crochet hook

Scissors

Two Buttons

Needle

Abbreviations :

Ch _ chain
Sc _ single crochet
Sl st _ slip stitch
Hdc _ half double crochet
Sk _ skip
Fo _ fast off

Pattern:

I did the same for both soles but I dublicate the yarn

Start with brown yarn

Ch 12

Round 1:
3 sc from the 2nd ch of the hook, 2 sc in the next stitch, sc in the next 7 stitches, 2 sc in the next stitch,  3 sc , 2 sc, sc in the next 7 stitches,  2 sc, join with sl st.

Round 2:
Ch 1,  dont turn,  sc in the same  ch stitch,  3 sc,  2 sc, sc in the next 10 stitches, 2 sc, 3 sc, 2 sc , sc in the next 11 stitches, sl st in the top of ch

Round 3: Ch 2, hdc, 2 hdc, 3 hdc, 2 hdc,  hdc in the next 15 stitches,  2 hdc,  3 hdc, 2 hdc, 12 hdc, join with sl st

Round 4 : ch 2, hdc in the next 4 stitches, 2hdc,  3 hdc, 2 hdc, hdc in the next 18 stitches,  2 hdc, 3 hdc, 2 hdc ,hdc in the next 14 stitches, sl st in the top of the ch,
F.O, weave in ends.

Then Make two (for the top strap ) by:

Ch 6 with the black yarn,

Row 1: sc in the next 5 chains

Row 2: ch 1, turn,  sc in the next 5 stitches.

Row 3 - 16: repeat row 2

Join with sl st by leaving 7 stitches away from the center, and continue sl st all around and joining the other side too leaving central 14 stitches in between, FO, weave in ends

Till that both sandals are the same

Now the change will be in this

Row 1 : Skip 5 stitches behind the previous part (once from the right side and the other from the left side) making ch2 in the 6th stitch, hdc in the next 16 stitches

Row 2 : ch2,  turn, sk the next stitch ,hdc in the next 14 stitches, sk next stitch, sl st

Row 3 : ch 2,  turn,  sk the next stitch,  hdc in the next 12 stitches, sk next stitch, sl st

Row 4 - 5 : ch 2,  turn, hdc in the next 12 stitches

Row 6: Ch 16, hdc from the 3rd ch from the hook,  hdc in the next 25 stitches

Row 7: ch2,  hdc in the next 26 stitches,  FO , weave in ends.

Sew the button
