Materials: 

Worsted weight yarn,

3.5 mm hook, 

Needle.

Abbreviations :

Ch _ chain

Hdc _ half double crochet

Cluster _ 5 dc cluster

Sl St _ slip stitch

FO _ fast off

Pattern:

Row 1: Ch 5, cluster dc stitch in the 3rd ch from the hook, cluster. (2)

Row 2 : ch3, turn,  2 clusters in the 1st st, 1 cluster in the second.(3)

Row 3 - 6 : ch3, turn,  2 clusters in the 1st st, 1 cluster in each of the next stitches.

Row 7: ch3, turn,  cluster in each stitch. (7)

Row 8: ch3, turn,  cluster in each space.  (6)

Row 9 : ch 3, turn,  cluster in each space. (5)

Row 10: ch 3, turn,  cluster in each space.  ( 4)

Row 11- 21 : ch2, turn, hdc , in each st. (4)

Join row 11 with 21 with sl st to form a loop that the other side can pass inside it, FO, weave in ends. 

Ch3 in row 16, make a cluster in each st, we .will call this row 17'. (4) 

Row 18': ch3, turn , 2 clusters in the 1st st, 1 cluster in each of the next stitches.  (5)

Row 19':ch3 , turn, 2 clusters in the 1st st, 1 cluster in each of the next stitches. ( 6)

Row 20': ch 3,  turn, 2 clusters in the 1st st, 1 cluster in each of the next stitches. ( 7)

Row 21':ch3 , turn, 1 cluster in each of the next stitches. ( 7)

Row 22 - 40: repeat as row 21'. (7)

Row 41: ch3,  turn,  cluster in each space.  ( 6)

Row 42: ch 3, turn,  cluster in each space. ( 5 )

Row 43: ch 3, turn,  cluster in each space. ( 4 )

Row 44 - 48  : ch2, turn,  hdc in each stitch around.  ( 4 )
