SC          single crochet,
Sl st        slip stitch,
Fpdc       front posterior double crochet,
Bpdc       back posterior double crochet.

pattern:

For the cuff

ch 15

Row 1: sc in the ch across (14)
Row 2: sc in the 1st sc then sc in the back loop only (blo) for the next 12 sc then sc in the last sc (14) and turn
Row 3 - 24 : repeat row 2 join the first row with the last one by sl st or sewing

then crocheting along the edge of the cuff to start the hand portion 
making ch1, 25 sc around join with sl st (row1)
Row 2 :ch 2, 2 fpdc in the 1st sc, fpdc,"bpdc for the next 3 sc, fpdc for the next 3 sc", and repeat "" till the last 2 sc make 2 fbdc in sc and 1 fpdc in the other sc join with sl st (27)
Row 3: ch 2 "fpdc in next 3 stitches, bpdc in the next 3 st" repeat all around (27)
Row 4: as row 3
Row 5:ch 2 , make 3 fpdc in the same chain stitch," make bpdc in the 3 fpdc below, make fpdc in the 3 bpdc" repeat all arond join with sl st (30)
Row 6-7: ch2 , fpdc in the next 3 stitches, " bpdc in the next 3 stitches, fpdc in the next 3 stitches" repeat all around join with sl st (30)
Row 8: ch 2 , 3 fpdc in the chain stitch, "bpdc in the next 3 stitches, fpdc in the next 3 stitches" repeat all around join with sl st (33)
Row 9: ch 2 , skip next 9 stitches, "bpdc in the next 3 stitches, fpdc in the next 3 stitches" repeat all around join with sl st (24)
Row 10: ch 2, 3 dc in next gab, "bpdc in next 3 stitches, fpdc in next 3 stitches" repeat all around join with sl st ( 27)
