Materials:

Worsted weight yarn4 mm crochet hook
scissors
yarn needle

Pattern

Start with Ch 251You can manage the size as you like either by increasing or decreasing itRow 1: make sc all around from the second ch from the hookRow2: ch 1 , turn , sc at the 1st sc, then sc in blo till the last one make sc in the last scRow (3-20) repeat row 2Don't fast off leave about 15 inches long of the yarn before cutting it to connect the ends either by sewing them or by making sl st and that is what I didBut before connecting the ends make an infinity shape,
then draw ends together and connect them together.
